Faith Over Frustration Workshop
This workshop teaches athletes how to handle frustration without shutting down. Players learn how to pause, process, reset, and respond with emotional control and spiritual wisdom. Activities center around real game scenarios and the tools found inside the Faith Over Frustration playbook.
Includes filmed confidence exercises where players practice expressing their emotions and growth on camera.

Faith Over Fear Workshop
Performance anxiety is one of the most common struggles for youth athletes. This workshop helps players trade fear for faith, pressure for peace, and panic for preparation. They learn how to conquer nerves, trust their training, and rely on God in big moments.
Media element includes a declaration moment where players speak bold faith statements on camera.

Faith Over Comparison Workshop
Social media, stats, rankings, and team roles often create comparison traps that steal an athlete’s joy and identity. This workshop teaches players how to anchor themselves in who God says they are. Activities help athletes break free from comparison and refocus on purpose.
The media practice involves each player speaking an identity declaration on camera.

Faith Over Inconsistency Workshop
Inconsistency is often a mindset issue, not a skill issue. This workshop teaches athletes how to stay focused, committed, disciplined, and spiritually rooted across a full season. Players learn routines, habits, and faith based anchors that build consistency in performance and character.
Media practice may include a personal discipline pledge filmed individually or as a team.
